Instead, we want to give you an early look at this rework on the Test Server for two important reasons: Starting off with a big topic, we first want to make it clear that Gameplay After Death will not come to Siege's Live servers this season. Win Delta: The Win Delta is aggregated from Operator’s Win Deltas per Bomb Site. Presence definition: pick rate of an Operator when not banned. This notion had to be introduced to reflect the implementation of the pick & ban. Please note that we are using presence to gauge the popularity of an Operator. This season, we have quite a wide range of balancing tweaks and overall reworks (with a number coming exclusively to the Test Server for, well, TESTING). Please devs give Jäger another look.In this latest edition of Designer’s Notes, we'll go into more detail about the balancing changes that’ll come with North Star and the Y6S2 patch. Messing with his vertical recoil was not a smart move. I believe Jäger’s nerf should’ve been not only the reduction of the 416-C magazine capacity to 25+1 (from 30+1) but also his current base dmg should’ve been reduced to 32 instead of (38 dmg) and making a him a 2 speed prior to his nerf was another way to balance him. Also like i said in my previous post right now everything feels to be in the favor of attackers of recent regardless of the recent buffs to certain defenders are getting. Almost all attackers can sit back and pick off defenders one by one with higher zoomed scopes like 1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0 etc.Not a lot of defender ops have access to the 1.5 scope either so I just think it’s times for certain defender ops to start getting 1.5 scopes. There’s a lot of attackers with access to much more scopes than defenders as a whole and that’s not fair in my opinion. But in this case I think Jäger should get the 1.5 scope cuz honestly is just personal preference and i believe it’ll work best. I honestly think certain Ops in general need access to the newer sights. 
I think Jäger has been due for a little rework.
